Send A Smile Today is a nonprofit organization committed to letting people diagnosed with cancer know they are not alone — by sending uplifting, handwritten greeting cards regularly: from the time of diagnosis, through treatment, and into survivorship. The cards aim to deliver hope, compassion, and a reminder of community — often arriving in the mailbox at just the right moment to provide emotional support and comfort when it’s needed most.
