Vital Options International (VOI) offers assistance for individuals and families facing significant financial hardship due to serious health conditions — including cancer, chronic, terminal, and rare illnesses. Through the Selma Schimmel Vital Grant program, VOI provides monetary support or referrals to partner organizations to help with basic living expenses and treatment-related needs.
