My Hometown Heroes is a scholarship fund dedicated to helping young adult cancer survivors confidently pursue their life dreams. They provide grants, scholarships, community outreach, and meaningful lifestyle experiences to financially support and enhance the quality of life for young adult survivors ages 17–35.

Who – AYA cancer survivors (ages 17–35) enrolled in college or pursuing higher education
