Livestrong Fertility helps adolescents and young adults access discounted fertility preservation services before, during, or after cancer treatment. The program connects users to clinics and labs offering reduced-cost sperm banking, egg freezing, and embryo storage.

Eligibility 

Who – US based cancer patients with limited insurance coverage for fertility preservation with income roughly under $130,000 annually and willing to work with a LIVESTRONG partner fertility clinic 

When – Rolling but must be done before starting fertility-reducing cancer treatment 

Awarded – Not a direct grant. Offers reduced fees at participating facilities, typically 25% off standard clinic fees 

Total Awarded  – Since inception has helped over 10,700 patients 

Additional Documentation Required – Requires a “pre-screening” and then simple letter from oncologist confirming diagnosis/treatment plans, Proof of selected partner fertility clinic involved and insurance review, and income verification
