Description

The Jordan Thomas Foundation provides high-quality prosthetic limbs to children and young adults up to 18 years of age (and one time assistance for 18-24 year old’s) who have lost limbs due to cancer or other medical conditions. The foundation ensures ongoing support with age-appropriate prosthetic care helping recipients maintain active, fulfilling lives. They also offer a scholarship program open to JTF Alumni.

Eligibility 

Who – Children with limb loss/differences up to age 18 (plus one‑time assistance for ages 18–24) needing prosthetic support.

When – Rolling application 

Awarded – Prosthetic devices and related support (activity limbs, travel, community support)

Total Awarded  – 180+ kids served, $1.75M+ spent 

Additional Documentation Required – Documentation of financial need. Input from the prosthetist and physician/therapist on the needs, cost, and care plan
