Family Reach eliminates financial barriers (like rent, utilities, food, transportation, and medical costs) that force families to choose between treatment and basic needs. They partner with over 400 U.S. hospitals to provide rapid-response grants, personalized financial guidance, and resource navigation—helping patients focus on healing. Family Reach has very specific grants they offer directly but a wealth of information on other grants/resources available to patients. Their main grant is highlighted below and must be filled out by someone on the care team.
