LifeList Wish Program:
For AYAs (18–39) in active cancer treatment
Wishes funded up to $1,500–$2,000 for meaningful experiences
Program duration: 6 months of guidance, community connection, and follow-through

Virtual peer support groups and mental health resources
Membership includes AYA patients, survivors, caregivers
