Camp Good Days offers free, supportive retreats and programs for adults living with cancer (recent diagnosis, in treatment, or in remission), as well as opportunities for partners/friends to join. Their Adult Oncology Programs provide healing-centered activities, peer connection, relaxation, and a chance to reclaim joy and community through shared experiences.

Core Offerings & Program Highlights

Women’s Wellness Retreat: A weekend retreat (18+) for women diagnosed or relapsed within the past 10 years — includes wellness-focused activities such as massage, yoga, meditation, Reiki, and other restorative practices. Housing and meals are provided.

Camp S.O.A.R (Supportive Oncology Adult Retreat): A retreat open to adults (18+) diagnosed or relapsed within the past 10 years — participants may bring a spouse, partner, or friend. Activities include arts & crafts, waterfront fun on Keuka Lake, wellness, and group support.

Men’s Prostate Cancer Program: A one-day session for men diagnosed with prostate cancer — includes networking, fellowship, and information sessions. Partners or friends may join.

Young Adult Cancer Retreat (Ages 18–39): A retreat aimed at younger adults living with cancer, often in partnership with other AYA-focused organizations (e.g. 13thirty Cancer Connect), offering fun, relaxation, community, and camaraderie.

Camp Eligibility 

Who – Adults (18+) diagnosed with cancer (or within 10 years of treatment/relapse), plus optional spouse/partner/friend in many retreats. They also offer camps for 12-17 year olds. They also have bereavement camps for children who have lost a parent or sibling to cancer. 

Where- Keuka Lake, Branchport, NY

Length of camp -3-5 days  

Cost– $25 non-refundable deposit that will be given back as camp store credit. Otherwise just travel to camp
